No content on this site may be copied, re-used, manipulated, redistributed, nor re-produced in whole or in part, without prior written consent.

Items Damaged / Lost During Transit

We can only guarantee the condition of the goods until they leave our premises. Whilst we will take all reasonable steps to ensure fragile items are packed safely and securely, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels, once they have left our premises.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a delivery with damaged items, you will need to contact the courier or Australia Post directly.

Wedding Shop On The Move will not be held liable for any further damages as a result of you receiving a damaged delivery.

If you have not received an order that you have paid for, please contact us, so we can attempt to provide you with the relevant information required to track your delivery.

 

Shipping

 

  • We will dispatch your order as soon possible.

    Note - we will not process any order or place supplier orders until payment has been verified as received.

     Most orders will be dispatched within 3 to 10 working days from the date we receive your payment. You may receive your order much quicker.
    Most items on this website are kept in stock and dispatched the next day. (Except for invitations and printed Bombonieres) Some products are specially ordered for you from our suppliers and thus may take up to 10 working days. If your order is delayed for any reason, and we do not believe it can be supplied within this time frame, we will attempt to contact you first via email to advise you of the delay. Please supply a phone number if you do not have an email account.  You may choose to accept the delay, reselect a different product, or request a refund in full.

  • The shipping method is only that - a shipping method. This is not guarantee that the item will be received the next day (eg Express Post). It means after we have verified payment and prepared your order, it will be dispatched via the chosen shipping method.

    If you require URGENT DELIVERY - Contact us prior to submitting your order so we can advise you how long it will take for your item to be dispatched.

Availability of Stock

All items on this website are offered for sale in good faith, on the provision they are either in stock, or are available to be ordered from our suppliers.

In the unlikely event of that we are unable to fulfill any order, we will contact you via email or by phone. You will then have the option to place the item on back-order, re-select a different product or receive a full refund, including any postage fees you may have paid.

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases. Subject to your statutory rights, a refund is only available in the event that the product does not meet the description; the product is not fit for the purpose it was designed for, the item is faulty or, the item is unavailable to be supplied.

For Invitations, Card  and Paper Bombonieres  Only

We do not accept returns for incorrect colour choices or printer compatibility problems.

Paper Colours and Printer Compatibility

Paper Colours

Colours vary from computer monitor to computer monitor. As such, the colour on your screen is only an indication of the actual stock colour, not an exact match. If you are in any doubt about the colour of the stock, you should purchase sample first. Please contact us in regards to samples.

Printer Compatibility

Compatible is not a guarantee. As there are potentially thousands of different printers with different inks, printing processes and feeding mechanisms, it is impossible to guarantee that the paper you order will be 100% compatible with your specific printer.

Some of the our card stock is 285gsm and some printers may not be able to accept it, check to see if your printer will do the job before ordering.  Alternatively we can print it for you and save you the hazzles.  

If in doubt you should order a sample of the invitation first, or contact us as we do not accept returns for incorrect colour choices or printer compatibility problems.

Order Cancellation & Modification

You will be entitled to a full refund less any fees incurred by Wedding Shop On The Move if you cancel or modify your order prior to us confirming your receipt of payment.
You will be notified of when we receive your payment. After we have confirmed receipt of your payment and you decide to cancel your order and your order has commenced a $100.00 fee will be charged for any artwork and labour incurred as well as any costs for materials used. You will forfeit your entire payment if your order has been completed.

Please only order if you agree with the above terms.  

 

If you live in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven or Southern Highlands you have the option of making an appointment where we bring to you samples of our gorgeous invitations and paper supplies.
