Pickup:

Cash only

Pick ups can be made from our showroom located at shop 2/245 Princes Hwy Albion Park Rail.  If you wish to pick up your order please use the contact form to place your order. Please supply item number or description. We will email you to confirm your order and supply you with pickup instructions.

Shipping:

•  We will dispatch your order as soon possible.
• Note - we will not process any order or place supplier orders until payment has been verified as received.
  Most orders will be dispatched within 3 to 10 working days from the date we receive your payment. You may receive your order much quicker.
  Most items on this website are kept in stock and dispatched the next day. (Except for invitations and printed Bombonieres) Some products are specially ordered for you from our suppliers and thus may take up to 10 working days. If your order is delayed for any reason, and we do not believe it can be supplied within this time frame, we will attempt to contact you first via email to advise you of the delay. Please supply a phone number if you do not have an email account.  You may choose to accept the delay, reselect a different product, or request a refund in full.
  
  
• The shipping method is only that - a shipping method. This is not guarantee that the item will be received the next day (e.g. Express Post). It means after we have verified payment and prepared your order, it will be dispatched via the chosen shipping method.
  
  If you require URGENT DELIVERY - Contact us prior to submitting your order so we can advise you how long it will take for your item to be dispatched.

Shipping Charges:  NSW customers: for orders of less than $200.00 and a maximum weight of 500grams a flat $10.00 shipping fee applies.

Free shipping for orders of $200.00 or more with a  maximum weight of 500grams.  For orders of $200.00 or more and over 500grams a discount will be applied . Interstate customers. (A discount on shipping for orders of $200.00 or more) .For both NSW and Interstate customers, all other shipping costs will be worked out when placing your order and you will then be contacted with the total cost of your order.

If you qualify  for free shipping please do not process your payment until you have received your ammended invoice.
